Products and eligibility
Research-use products are offered only on the conditions in our research-use policy. You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering a contract and authorised to purchase for the stated research purpose. Product images are illustrative; the written specification and selected variant identify what is ordered.
Research-use requirements
All products supplied through this website must:
- Be used for in vitro purposes only and solely for laboratory research and testing.
- Not be used on humans or administered in any form.
- Not be used in clinical trials involving humans.
- Not be sold to third parties for human investigational use.
Submitting an order confirms acceptance of these restrictions.
Submitting and accepting an order
Submitting checkout details creates an awaiting-payment order and reserves available stock; it does not take payment. It is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm payment, unless we clearly tell you otherwise. We may decline an order, release reserved stock or refund payment where stock, pricing, compliance or customer information cannot be verified.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The checkout total includes the displayed product subtotal and the fixed £3.99 Royal Mail Tracked 24 charge. Any applicable taxes are included in consumer-facing prices. Payment is completed separately using the secure link or instructions we provide. We do not ask customers to disguise product information.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a delivery aim after dispatch, not a guaranteed next-day service. Further information is in our delivery policy.
Cancellation, returns and problems
Your cancellation and statutory rights are not restricted by these terms. Procedures and timing are set out in our returns and refunds policy.
Website information and availability
We take reasonable care with product and stock information but may correct genuine errors before accepting an order. Batch documentation is displayed only where available and should be read in context. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for loss caused by unlawful use, use outside the stated research purpose or failure to follow supplied information. These terms are governed by the applicable law of the United Kingdom, with mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules continuing to apply.
