Delivery policy

We currently accept delivery addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery through the website.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a fixed charge of £3.99 per order. This charge is displayed in the basket and checkout and is included in the final order total.

Tracked 24 is a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed next-day service. Delivery time begins after dispatch, not when an awaiting-payment order is submitted.

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. We will communicate material delays and will deliver within the period agreed with you and, unless otherwise agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

Where available, tracking details are sent after dispatch. Contact orders@novarynlabs.co.uk with your order reference if a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost. Please do not dispose of damaged packaging before contacting us.

Check the delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after dispatch.
