We may collect your name, email address, organisation, contact-form message, telephone number, delivery address, order contents, customer notes, communications, payment status and fulfilment information. We also process limited technical and security information, such as IP addresses associated with contact submissions and administration login attempts. The website does not collect card or bank credentials.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, create and administer orders, reserve stock, arrange payment, deliver goods, handle cancellations and returns, prevent misuse, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. These uses are based on taking steps at your request, performing a contract, complying with law and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Where you separately opt in at checkout, we use your email address to send updates about new research products, availability and Novaryn Labs company news based on your consent.
Who receives it
Information is shared only where necessary with service providers such as website hosting, database and email providers, approved payment providers, Royal Mail or another authorised fulfilment partner, and professional or public authorities where legally required. We do not sell customer information.
